Volunteer West Virginia, the State’s Commission for National and Community Service will be hosting an AmeriCorps Lunch & Learn events in Morgantown, Charleston, and Beckley throughout February.

“Now, more than ever, communities in West Virginia could use an extra set of hands. Whether you are looking for a full-time volunteer or a team of volunteers, National Service programs like AmeriCorps and Senior Corps could be a great fit.
The free events are open to nonprofits, educational institutions, and state and local government agencies, and will be held in:
Morgantown
Feb. 9, 11:30 a.m
Charleston
Feb. 14, 11:30 a.m.
Beckley
Feb. 17, 11:30 a.m.
Staff from Volunteer West Virginia and the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) will be on hand to explain National Service programs and how local organizations can tap into these resources.
Seating is limited, and boxed lunches will be served, so you must register first!
