If you are familiar with the Williamson Health & Wellness Center you know that they are a leading player in the movement toward preventive healthcare and community programs in West Virginia.
They host races ranging from 1 mile distance to a marathon, weekly running groups, walk challenges, and community programs like their latest Healthy in the Hills Passport program.
I’d like to lay out what all is happening at The Williamson Health & Wellness Center right now so that you can spread the good news!
If you live near enough to get involved regularly, great. If not, I bet you could at least swing down to participate in one of their races. And I know you can definitely share this blog post on social media or with friends, family, and colleagues so they can get involved or pick up some ideas to try in your community.
