June 9- 15, 2013     Teen Entrepreneurship Summit at Horseshoe

Free Enterprise / Entrepreneurship Summit started as a cooperative effort between the Ohio-West Virginia YLA and the WV Chamber of Commerce to develop the knowledge and skills of WV high school students in the arena of business development, the free enterprise system, entrepreneurial skills, leadership, and volunteer service.

Participation is open to any high school student. Business, industry, and organizations sponsor students from their community.

Each student is expected to contribute a portion of the cost to attend, but a majority of the fees come from corporations, businesses, community organizations, foundations, individuals, and public economic development investments.
“The Ohio-West Virginia Youth Leadership Association staff help interested student find sponsorship to attend,” states David Cooper, Horseshoe Director. “We need adults to help interested students benefit.”
For more information about sponsorship, please contact Mr. Cooper at (304) 478-2481 or coop@yla-youthleadership.org.
